Dear Soul Friends,

The Spring Equinox of 2018 - or the first day of Spring arrives on March 20th.

Many cultures celebrate Spring Equinox as the start of a new year. Spring is the time of year when the cycle of life, death, and rebirth is complete.

The cycle goes like this - your goals and intentions are like seeds that if planted in fertile soil and nurtured, will grow over the next season, to bloom at the time of the Summer Solstice in June. The harvest of the fruit will come at the Autumn Equinox in September when you will get the chance to ponder over what you've accomplished -and reap what you've sown. And lastly in the dark of the winter months, you can take time to reflect on what is really important for you and prepare yourself again for the Spring. As the cycle continues.

As the spring flowers bloom and new life returns, the theme of resurrection is paramount. To prepare we are driven to release things that are no longer of use to us not only in our physical lives through decluttering, reconditioning and recycling but in our emotional, mental and spiritual lives through the practice of reconciliation, and renewal. We are inclined to shed not only physical but emotional weight that may have accumulated through the winter hibernation. And we will have the energetic support to do so. Spring is one of my favorite times of the year.

Even though you may have written a New Year's Resolutions, now is the idyllic time to start something new. So, if you haven't done much with your New Year's resolutions, see this as a fresh opportunity to return to your list and begin to bring your goals to full manifestation.

The Spring Equinox is about getting clear about what kind of vision you have for your year. What goals you are aiming to accomplish. This is a time of planning and planting ideas! What do you want to create? Take advantage of this natural life force that arises with the Spring Equinox and the start of the New Astrological Year. This is a chance to manifest your soul's desires.

Spring Equinox as a sacred marriage between God and Goddess, yin and yang, as day and night stand in equal length. This is true balance and the foundation to support manifestation.

To celebrate I will be hosting a Crystal Signing Bowl Guided Meditation and Celebration. This is a night of great magical manifestation harnessing the energy of the universe. Don't miss it!

Namaste,

Jen
